Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in Tobacco Use Disorder (TUD) comparing Bupropion SR with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Smoking Cessation (Fagerstrom Test, Expired CO, Urine Cotinine) at 14 weeks and Neuropsychological Test Battery at 14 weeks. Started Apr 2001; status: completed.
