Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of dornase alfa in cystic fibrosis (CF) (2 arms), sponsored by Nationwide Children's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Chest CT (High Resolution Computed Tomography Score) at 6 months and Infant Pulmonary Function Tests (FEV0.5) at 6 months. Started Jan 2005; status: completed.
