Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of HER-2/neu peptide vaccine in breast cancer and ovarian cancer, sponsored by University of Washington. Primary endpoints: Immune Response Measured by IFN-gamma Secreting PBMC Precursor Frequency by ELIspot and HLA-A2 Major Histocompatibility Complex Tetramer Analysis up to 1.5 years and Number of Adverse Events Graded Using NCI CTCAE Version 3.0 up to 7 months. Started May 2016; status: completed.
