Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial in clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) and multiple sclerosis (MS) comparing BCG Vaccine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: number of gad-enhancing lesions in T1 at 6 months and number of lesions in T1 and new lesions in T2 at 6 months. Started Nov 2001; status: completed.
