Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of lamotrigine in bipolar disorder with mixed features and bipolar disorder (BD) (2 arms), sponsored by Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Primary endpoints: Young Mania Rating Scale total score change at 8 weeks and Number and time to either manic or depressive episodes at 6 months. Started Jul 2003; status: completed.
