Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of peginterferon alfa-2a in hepatitis B (HBV) (3 arms), sponsored by University Hospital Bonn. Primary endpoints: HBeAg seroconversion (HBeAg loss and presence of anti-HBe) at 72 weeks and Study discontinuation due to adverse events at 48 weeks. Started Sep 2004; status: terminated.
