Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in Alcoholic cardiomyopathy (ACM) and alcoholic myopathy comparing Spironolactone with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Muscle strength at 12 weeks, Muscle endurance at 12 weeks and 5 more. Started Apr 2004; status: suspended.
