Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of esomeprazole in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and dyspepsia (2 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in ki-67 expression at 6 months and Change from baseline in histological markers of esophageal epithelial acid-related disease at 6 months.
