Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD) comparing Prolastin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Progression Rate of Emphysema Determined by Change in 15th Percentile of Lung Density Measured by Annual CT Scan at 30 months. Started Dec 2003; status: completed.
