Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer (ER+) comparing Exemestane, Letrozole and Anastrozole (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinical Response (Complete or Partial Response) Rate at 18 weeks and Anti-tumor Effect in Terms of Pathologic CR (pCR) Rate to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy at 18 weeks.
