Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) comparing Budesonide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction of esophageal eosinophilic infiltration at 2 weeks and Sustained reduction of esophageal eosinophilic infiltration at 50 weeks. Started Dec 2005; status: completed.
