Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of atazanavir in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1) (2 arms), sponsored by Bristol Myers Squibb. Primary endpoints: Proportion of Participants With HIV-RNA < 50 Copies/mL at 48 weeks and PK Parameters (Cmax, Cmin, AUC, Tmax, T-half) of ATV, LPV, RTV, TDF at 4 weeks.
