Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic nephropathy (DN) comparing Cilostazol with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Doubling of serum creatinine level at 1 year, 50% reduction in GFR (estimated by MDRD equation) at 1 year and 4 more. Started Dec 2005; status: completed.
