Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) comparing Rituximab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Area Under the Stimulated C-peptide Curve Over the First 2 Hours of a 4-hour Mixed Meal Tolerance Test (MMTT) at 1 year. Started Aug 2005; status: completed.
