Who it enrols
Patients aged 18-75 with cirrhosis and hepatorenal syndrome type 1 or 2 (serum creatinine >2 mg/dL). Excludes patients with hepatocarcinoma, active infection with SIRS, respiratory or cardiac dysfunction, arteriopathy, ischemic cardiopathy, and arterial hypertension.
