Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comparing Roflumilast with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Pre-bronchodilator Forced Expiratory Volume in First Second at 52 weeks and COPD Exacerbation Rate (Moderate or Severe) at 52 weeks. Started Mar 2006; status: completed.
