Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and emtricitabine in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) (3 arms), sponsored by Gilead Sciences. Primary endpoints: Percent Probability of Tolerability Failure at 168 weeks and Percent Probability of a Confirmed Increase in Serum Creatinine of >= 0.5 mg/dL From Baseline or a Confirmed Serum Phosphorus Level < 2.0 mg/dL at 168 weeks.
