Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) comparing Lovastatin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Adjusted Mean Change From Baseline in Log Transformed C-Reactive Protein at Day 84 and Change From Baseline in Safety Laboratory Values (ALP, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, Creatinine, etc.) at Day 84. Started Nov 2007; status: terminated.
