Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of carboplatin, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, lomustine and 3 more in medulloblastoma, supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumor (sPNET) and ependymoma (7 arms), sponsored by University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. Primary endpoints: Event-Free Survival at 5 years and Overall Survival at 5 years. Started Jan 2001; status: completed.
