Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of otamixaban in non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) (6 arms), sponsored by Sanofi. Primary endpoint: Composite of all-cause death, new myocardial infarction, severe recurrent ischemia requiring urgent revascularization and in-hospital bailout use of glycoprotein GPIIb/IIIa inhibitor at 7 days.
