Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Crohn's disease and intestinal fistula comparing AST-120 Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients with at least 50% reduction in draining fistulas at 8 weeks and Adverse events related to study drug at 8 weeks. Started Mar 2006; status: completed.
