Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of Bordetella pertussis toxoid antigen (formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde inactivated) in diphtheria, Tetanus and pertussis (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Number of Seroprotected Subjects With Anti-diphtheria and Anti-tetanus Antibodies at 1 month, Number of Seropositive Subjects With Anti-tetanus Antibodies at 1 month and 2 more.
