Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of Prevnar 13 in pneumococcal infection (2 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Achieving Predefined Meningococcal C Serum Bactericidal Assay (SBA) Titer of ≥ 1:8 and Predefined Antibody Level for Diphtheria, Geometric Mean Titer (GMT) of Meningococcal C and 9 more.
