Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of pimonidazole in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Frequency of pimonidazole labeling in specific lesion types within resected lung specimens and Frequency of co-localization of AFB positive bacilli with pimonidazole regions in lesions. Planned start Sep 2006; status: withdrawn.
