Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of pneumococcal 7-valent conjugate vaccine in acute otitis media (AOM) and pneumococcal infection (3 arms), sponsored by Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. Primary endpoint: Culture-confirmed pneumococcal acute otitis media episodes due to vaccine serotypes at 24 months. Started Mar 1995; status: completed.
