Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of Cystone in nephrolithiasis and cystinuria (CSNU) (2 arms), sponsored by Mayo Clinic. Primary endpoints: 24 Hour Urine Supersaturation of Calcium Oxalate at 59 weeks, 24 Hour Urine Supersaturation of Calcium Phosphate (Brushite) at 59 weeks and 4 more.
