Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Alzheimer's disease (AD) comparing PRX-03140 + Donepezil with Placebo + Donepezil (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of PRX-03140 at 14 days and Electroencephalogram (EEG) changes at 14 days. Started Oct 2006; status: completed.
