Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in cocaine dependence comparing Placebo with Risperdal Consta (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Functional MRI Activation Patterns in the Nucleus Accumbens and Amygdala in Response to Cocaine Cues at 12 weeks and Cocaine Use by Quantitative Urine Samples at 12 weeks.
