Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of darusentan in resistant hypertension (RH) (2 arms), sponsored by Gilead Sciences. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in mean 24-hour systolic and diastolic ambulatory blood pressure at 14 weeks, Percentage of subjects who reach systolic blood pressure goal at 14 weeks and 1 more.
