Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of sirolimus in autoimmune cytopenia, autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS), Evans syndrome and 3 more, sponsored by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Primary endpoint: Number of Participants With Grade 3 and 4 Toxicities of Administration of Oral Sirolimus at 6 months. Started Dec 2006; status: completed.
