Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in bipolar disorder (BD) and cannabis use disorder (CUD) comparing Quetiapine and Placebo with Quetiapine and Topiramate (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Joints Per Week at 16 weeks and Change in Percent Days of Cannabis Use Per Week at 16 weeks. Started Nov 2006; status: completed.
