Ranibizumab for Stage 1 and 2 Retinal Angiomatous Proliferations

Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of ranibizumab in retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP) (2 arms), sponsored by National Retina Institute. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients with stabilization of visual acuity, vision loss of < 15 letters at 2 years, Proportion of subjects who gain at least 15 letters in the best corrected visual acuity score at 12 months and 3 more.
