Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) comparing Intramuscular native E coli L-asparaginase (IM-EC) with Intravenous PEG-asparaginase (IV-PEG) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Asparaginase-Related Toxicity Rate at 30 weeks. Started Apr 2005; status: completed.
