Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in myocardial infarction (MI) comparing Aliskiren with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Left Ventricular End Systolic Volume at 36 weeks and Deaths, Serious Adverse Events, Discontinuations at 24 weeks. Started Dec 2006; status: completed.
