Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in dry eye syndrome (DED) comparing Doxycycline 0.025% with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in central corneal fluorescein staining at Day 56 and Symptom of ocular dryness at Day 56. Started Feb 2007; status: completed.
