Primary endpoints: Change (%) From Baseline in FcεRI (High-affinity IgE Receptor) Expression on Blood Basophils and Dendritic Cells at 16 weeks and Change (%) From Baseline in Mean Fluorescence Intensity of FcεRI at 16 weeks.
