Overview
Phase 4 trial of tretinoin and idarubicin in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), sponsored by Fundación PETHEMA. Primary endpoints: Efficacy of AIDA with a dose reduction in patients older than 70 years of age in the remission induction of APL at 6 months, Impact on morbidity and mortality of the prophylactic measures included in induction therapy at 1 year and 5 more.
