Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of oxaliplatin, fludarabine, cytarabine and rituximab in Richter's transformation (RT), prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Primary endpoint: Maximum Total Tolerated Dose of Daily Combination Fludarabine and Cytarabine at 36 weeks. Started May 2007; status: completed.
