Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of methotrexate in Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) (4 arms), sponsored by The University of New Mexico. Primary endpoints: Proportion of non-responder in risk organs to the initial treatment at 12 months and Reactivation free survival rate at 12 months. Planned start Aug 2023; status: withdrawn.
