Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of Prevnar 13 in pneumococcal infection (2 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Achieving at Least a 4-fold Increase in the Titer of the Standard Hemagglutination Inhibition Assay (HAI) at 1 month and Serotype-specific Pneumococcal Immunoglobulin G (IgG) Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) at 1 month.
