Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) comparing Saccharomyces boulardii with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Improvement in bowel symptoms (bowel habits, urgency, straining, incomplete evacuation, stool form, abdominal pain, bloating) at 10 weeks. Status: unknown.
