Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in functional abdominal pain (FAP) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) comparing Placebo with Amitriptyline (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Patient report on whether amitriptyline therapy resulted in adequate relief of symptoms at 5 weeks. Started Oct 2002; status: completed.
