Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of taprenepag in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and ocular hypertension (14 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Mean Diurnal Intra Ocular Pressure (IOP) in Study Eye at Day 14: Stage I, Change From Baseline in Mean Diurnal Intra Ocular Pressure (IOP) in Study Eye at Day 28: Stage II and 2 more.
