Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of celecoxib oral solution in Colorectal Adenoma (CRA) and colorectal carcinoma (CRC) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Alabama at Birmingham. Primary endpoints: Number of Subjects With a Change (IMPROVEMENT) in Colo-rectal Adenocarcinoma as Measured by Cyclooxygenase-2 Activity After 7 Days of Celecoxib and Subjects With Positive Response 72 Hours After Administration of Study Treatment as Measured by Immunoblot.
