Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) and antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD) comparing Loperamide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Symptomatic treatment of diarrhea with loperamide in antibiotic associated diarrhea at 2 years. Started Oct 2007; status: suspended.
