Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of armodafinil in narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) (2 arms), sponsored by Massachusetts General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Armodafinil Dopamine Transporter Occupancy in Caudate at 2.5 hours and Armodafinil Extracellular Dopamine in Caudate at 2.5 hours. Started Oct 2007; status: completed.
