Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Canakinumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean Change From Baseline in Plasma HbA1c at Day 168 and Mean Change From Baseline in Plasma Glucose Area Under the Curve (AUC) 0 - 4 Hours Following Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) at Day 84.
