Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comparing ADC4022 + Budesonide with Placebo + Budesonide (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Pulmonary inflammation: Cell counts (neutrophils, macrophages, eosinophils and lymphocytes) in induced sputum samples at 4 weeks. Started Feb 2008; status: completed.
