Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA) comparing Tocilizumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants With >=30% Improvement in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Core Set and Absence of Fever at 12 weeks and Percentage of Participants With Decreases in Oral Corticosteroid Dose at Week 104. Started May 2008; status: completed.
