Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of sulfadoxine, pyrimethamine and artesunate in Plasmodium falciparum malaria (2 arms), sponsored by Tropical Medicine Research Institute. Primary endpoint: Parsitaemia detected during the transmission season among dry season PCR negative persons in the intervention and control villages. Started Aug 2005; status: completed.
